At the beginning of its establishment, the company has defined the development direction of “promoting the cultural exchange
between the East and the West through books”, committed to introducing excellent Western children’s and art books to Asia,
and promoting Asian culture to Western countries by means of books. Lighthouse’s publications range from children’s books,
such as popular science books, to art books, such as traditional Chinese calligraphy and paintings.

She specialises in children’s picture books, telling stories with vivid colours and simple patterns to stimulate the imagination and curiosity of young children. She has published the books of Illustration Collection including Who Ate the Strawberry? andTen Little Bugs are Sleeping.
Éva Bourdier
Éva Bourdier, a French illustrator, likes to work with paper-cut. For Hearts of Love, she experimented with a new technique from Japan, kirigami. This book gained new impetus in China.
Laurent Dequick
Laurent Dequick is a professional architect in his forties. His photographic work has been influenced by architecture, since it is primarily focused on ideas surrounding the contemporary city and more specifically, urban sprawl. The photographer’s message is to accurately convey the impression of freneticism stemming from population density and activity in urban zones.
